Day 1: Arrival in KTM & transfer to the Bhaktapur hotel | + |
On arrival in Kathmandu, a representative from Around The Himalayas pick us up from Airport and transfer to the Bhaktapur hotel. After check-in to our hotel you may take a rest in a room or visit around the corners of an ancient city of Bhaktapur. In the evening, there will be a welcome dinner Hosted by Around The Himalayas with a typical Nepali cuisine.

Day 2: Bhaktapur sightseeing & trip preparation | + |
After breakfast we begin our sightseeing in Bhaktapur, which is an ancient Newari town in a pleasant repaired streets with full of courtyards and squares. Bhaktapur is Nepal’s most well preserved third largest city and famous for culture, temples and craft work. Bhaktapur means ‘City of devotees’ and one of the 3 Royal cities of Nepal. Bhaktapur stands itself as a one of the most masterpiece architectural city showcase of terra-cotta with wood carving columns, palaces and temples with elaborate carving, glided roof and open courtyards.

Day 3: Drive to Pokhara | + |
Journey begins after early morning breakfast, driving around 6 to 7 hours along Trishuli and Marshyangdi River which could be interesting Highway drive between a beautiful greenery hills, terraced fields and can enjoy the scenic views of Ganesh Himal , Manaslu & Annapurna Ranges.

Day 4: Drive to Phedi & trek to Dhampus (1,650m) | + |

We leave Hotel after breakfast & take a 45 mins. Drive thorough under-constructed road to Phedi & start trekking from there. Trek begins with stone steps, terraced fields and through villages. We continue our walk until our camp which passes through small beautiful villages located on a ridge with a beautiful views of Annpaurna South, Himchuli, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) .

Day 5: Trek from Dhampus to Landruk (1,565m) | + |

Day start with a sensational sunrise view over the mountains. After breakfast, we head towards 2nd day trail to Landruk via Pothana & Pitam Deurali. Gradually trail ascend inside Rododendhron forest nesting different species of birds. As we climb higher, panoramic view of villages turns into dots the land below. We take a lunch break on the way to Tolka.

Day 6: Trek fom Landruk to Chhumrong (2,210m) | + |

Trail descend quiet steeply down above the river through Bamboo forest and isolated farmsteads. After crossing the Modi Khola on New Bridge, trail move slowly up to Jhinu Danda, where the lunch is served at tea-houses. On your interest, can take a path 20 mins.down to hot-spring. After lunch we continue our trail to beautiful Chhumrong village, which is built on steep hillside with a stunning prominent view of Machhapurchhre (Fishtail)

Day 7: Trek fom Chhumrong to Dovan (2,600m) | + |

After breakfast, trek descends with stone steps towards suspension bridge to cross the Chhumrong Khola and goes up to Sinuwa. The trail passes through beautiful Rododendron forest and waterfall, where the higher chances of seeing wild animals.

Day start with breakfast and continuing our hike to Machhapuchhre Base Camp via Deurali. Trail passes through dense Bamboos and Rododendron forest and crosses 2 avalanche track on a narrow trail that hurdle against cliffs. Especially in a winter and Sun shining time trekkers must consider these spots at a higher risk. After crossing a small bridge we reached to Deurali and slowly the tree lines disappear with the alpine bushes and shrubs along Modi river. Walking for an hour we reached to MBC, which is located on the bottom of north face of Machhapuchhre.

Early morning about an hour walk on the slopey grass uphill to Annapurna Base Camp retreat your speechless mind with a stunning views of Annapurna ranges in a 360 degree. ABC is the best gateway to close encounter with massive Annapurna I (8,091m), Annapurna South (7,219m), Hiunchuli (6,441m), Annapurna III (7,525m), Gangapurna (7,454m) ,Machhapuchhre (6,997m) & others. After good scenic walk to Base Camp, we slowly return back to lodge for breakfast and continue our day walk down to Chhumrong.
