Terms and Conditions

Please take the time to read and understand the Terms and conditions of booking set out below prior to booking a trek, tour, or adventure activity. We strongly recommend that you also read the Trip Notes relating to your trip prior to booking to ensure that you understand the itinerary and style of the trip you are undertaking to get an even better experience!

1. Booking and Confirmation:
1.1. To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit 30% of the total tour cost is required.
1.2. The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
2. Payment:
2.1. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the commencement of the tour.
2.2. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following cancellation fees:

  • 30 or more days before the tour: 90% of total tour cost
  • 15 to 30 before the tour: 70% of total tour cost
  • Less than 7 before the tour: No refund

3.2. The Company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the Client.
4. Itinerary Changes:
4.1. The Company reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
4.2. Every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives, and no refunds will be provided for itinerary changes beyond the Company's control.
5. Travel Insurance:
5.1. It is mandatory for Clients to have comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and evacuation.
5.2. The Company is not liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the Client's failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.
6. Health and Fitness:
6.1. Clients are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness and health suitability for the chosen tour or trek.
6.2. The Company is not liable for any health issues or injuries incurred during the tour due to the Client's pre-existing medical conditions.
7. Liability:
7.1. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by the Client during the tour.
7.2. The Client agrees to participate at their own risk and releases the Company and its staff from any liability.
8. Code of Conduct:
8.1. Clients are expected to adhere to the Company's code of conduct, respecting local customs, laws, and the environment.
8.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate the tour for any Client who fails to comply with the code of conduct without providing a refund.
9. Governing Law:
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tourism Act.
By booking our tour and trek services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Client to review the terms regularly.
